A Life Cut Too Short, A Legacy Never Forgotten

What a man. What a speeech. What a cause. What an impact.
Today we honor the man who spoke these eternal words of wisdom and changed the world for good. Truly our society and communities are a better place because of the cause Dr. Martin Luther King gave his life for - an end to racism and equality. In the face of blatant discrimination, threats of death to he and his family, Dr. King fought the good fight against all odds. We all live for something. But to die for something greater than yourself, for the good of others, is the ultimate example of love ever found in our country.
We are all beneficiaries of the legacy Dr. King left behind. May we honor his memory in the manner in which we lead our lives; the kindness, common grace and respect we give one another.
Thank you Dr. King. We are forever grateful that you lived.
