In the brief time since we launched Bee Mortgage App we've saved homebuyers over $100,000 in interest through our lower mortgage rates vs. direct lenders.
On average, our rates are up to 1% lower or more...!
One of the coolest moments is when we quote a rate and the home buyer realizes how much money they’ll be saving. At times our rate is much, much lower than the buyer’s other quote, and other times it’s only slightly lower.
We started Bee to make homeownership more accessible and affordable for everyone, no matter their situation. We bee-lieve everyone should have a shot at the American dream of owning their own home.
Data tells us that communities with higher homeownership rates are peaceful, thriving places to live, to work, and to raise a family. But for whatever reason–income, the pandemic, or changes in economy–the cost to own a home has only gotten worse.
